Most likely not... But you can always check on our status page at status.returnmagic.com. This page is integrated with the app, so we will display an in-app message if any issues arise, and you can also subscribe to notifications.
What might be happening however if you recently changed something on your computer is that we're unable to load the app. That may happen for reasons listed here.
