Welcome to the February edition of our monthly product news! 💌 We hope your holidays went magically well, and we’re excited to share with you our latest product update and key data.
This month is short and sweet:
We now support POS returns, gift returns and phone number details
We very recently changed the way we sync orders to our system. We now are taking updates on your customer’s email address within a Shopify order. This means we support the following cases from now on:
- POS orders 🛍️
- Phone number at checkout: you’ll now be able to update the order with the customer’s email so they can request a return themselves
- Gift returns: you’ll be able to update the email to the gift receiver so they receive the email notification and the person who placed the order does not need to be notified
