Want to add your return policy on the portal page?
We released a new way you can add content to your return portal. Just head to the Portal Editor section of your Settings to add custom instructions, details about your return policy or anything else! Have any questions on how to use it?
Want to track returns in real time?
We always work hard to improve the integration with the carriers, but this month, we have something big to announce. We just released real-time tracking of packages, and a fresh integration with Shippo. Read more about the new Shippo capabilities, or write to us at email@example.com to learn more or so we can activate the beta of live tracking for you.
International merchant with foreign language stores?
The portal now supports all foreign languages for our customers with stores in Spanish, French, German, Swedish, and Portuguese. If your language still isn’t here, feel free to reply to this email or send us one at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get your translation going!
Are you Canadian?
For our fellow Canadian merchants, we now have a direct integration with Canada Post that will allow you to generate scan-based return labels regardless of the type of account you have with them. You can give it a try in the Carrier Integrations section of the app! 🇨🇦
