You will see this error on your dashboard when Return Magic is unable to generate a label automatically for a return. Return Magic also sends you a notification when this happens to the email address you've set under Settings > Emails > General.
Before reaching out to us, you can troubleshoot the issue on your end. Inside of the error box in the return view, you can click on "View Details":
This will tell you more about what happened and why the label was not generated. Please take a look at the Carrier Integrations section of our Help Center for error-specific articles and how to fix those common errors. If you are not sure how to resolve your issue, please reach out to us at support@returnmagic.com and provide us with the return number.
