Please note this is by no means an exhaustive list, and we encourage to go check if your preferred carrier has some weight or package dimension requirements.
- Australia Post requires that at least two of the package dimensions be at minimum 5cm.
- Fastway Australia has a minimum weight of 1kg.
- First Class Mail with USPS Pricing Plus (which you have access to using EasyPost, ShipStation, or Shippo) goes up to 453g, so if you want to force all labels to use Priority Mail, you can set a minimum shipment weight of 454g.
- FedEx SmartPost requires minimum dimensions of 15.24 x 10.16 x 2.54cm
- UPS Surepost packages must be at least 10.2cm in height, 12.7cm long, and 1.9cm thick, may not exceed 330.2cm in length and girth combined, and no single dimension may exceed 152.4cm in length. The maximum weight of a UPS SurePost package is 31.75kg.
