Here is what we currently support:
- You can create rules according to product tags
- You can send some returns to different addresses (e.g.: you can create a rule according to the tag "vendor1" and send those items to that specific vendor)
- One current limitation is if a customer returns two products from different vendors, only one rule can apply for a given return, so one product will not be returned at the correct address.
You can, however, limit the number of items a customer can return to one per request by adding an empty rule (select a priority 1) with the following condition: "Return - Item count" + "Greater Than" + "1".
