The return portal also serves as a status page for your customers to know where you are in the process of managing their return. When they enter their order number and email, they get access to all active returns, and can request new ones if applicable. Let your customers know! It'll increase their trust and ultimately make their shopping experience better.
Your customers are also able to edit all of the fields at the confirmation page simply by clicking on them. If they put in the wrong return reason, quantity, or chose the wrong refund method, they will be able to change it themselves before confirming their request. Please know that whatever they decide to change, they have to redo all the following steps in case your policy changes.
We also recommend adding some information about the return process directly above or below the portal. You can do this in your settings.
