There are a couple of things you can look into before testing your portal:
☑️ Did you set your return policy?
☑️ Did you set your preferred language in your portal?
☑️ Did you select your return reasons?
☑️ Did you set up your carrier integration to automate your labels? (If applicable)
☑️ Did you take a look at your Package Settings? (If you want to automatically send return labels to your customers)
